Well I get most of them on e-mule (which is one of the many downloading programs but they say e-mule is the easiest to understand)

Some I got thru torrents that are hosted on different websites (there's really a lot of them so I just put torrent and the name of the anime I want in google)
Torrents are some kind of files (I guess) and you need a program to open them (bitLord or bitTorent) and whit them you can download the files (it's a little faster then e-mule and usually the files are in a better quality)

You can also watch anime on YouTube but the quality is . . . not really good and there are not many of them there. (but maybe you'll be lucky and find what you're looking for)

Hope it helps and if you need a better description of e-mule of bitLord I'll be happy to help in any way I can.
